What ships with every order
Every shipment ships with a Certificate of Origin (CO, Form B, issued by VCCI Ho Chi Minh City), a Fumigation Certificate (Methyl Bromide treatment), and a Phytosanitary Certificate from Vietnam's Plant Protection Department. We've shipped under these certificates to the UK before.
What a mouldy shipment taught us
In 2018, an early shipment left Vietnam feeling dry and arrived unsellable — the wood had picked up humidity inside the container before it reached the buyer. We didn't hide it. We built a process so it wouldn't happen twice.
A supplier that's never had a bad shipment either hasn't shipped much, or isn't telling you. We'd rather show you why it won't happen again.

Supervision required
Our chew toys are natural products — always supervise pets while in use, as with any chew toy.
Wood chip risk
Products are treated to minimize wood chips, but as a natural wood chew, chips cannot be completely eliminated.
When to replace
Replace a chew once it shows signs of wear — chips, cracks, or becomes too small. Always choose a size appropriate to your pet's weight and age.

We replace defects
If any issue traces back to our production or materials, we replace the affected products as quickly as possible.
What we don't claim
A buyer selling into the EU or US carries the labelling risk, not the factory. We'd rather be short of claims than short of proof — these are things we deliberately don't print.

This isn't us being cautious for no reason. Article 13(3)(a) of Regulation (EC) 767/2009 bans disease-prevention and treatment claims on feed outright in the European Union, and the greenwashing rules in Directive (EU) 2024/825 apply from 27 September 2026. If we print an unsupported claim and you sell it, you're the one who receives the warning letter — not us. We'd rather have that conversation now.
What we send instead: the batch moisture reading, the phytosanitary and fumigation certificates, and samples you can test yourself.
