The short version
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking scripts. Fonts are served from Bunny Fonts, which does not log IP addresses for profiling, rather than from Google Fonts. The only personal data we receive is what you type into the contact form and send to us.

Server log files
Once this site is on live hosting, our hosting provider will record standard log data for every request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer, browser and operating system. This is technically necessary to deliver the site and to detect abuse. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Contact form and email
If you send us an enquiry, we process the name, company, email address, country, and message you provide, in order to answer you and, where relevant, to prepare a quotation. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps prior to a contract, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for general business enquiries. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and to meet retention obligations, then delete them. We do not use enquiry data for marketing unless you ask us to.
Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from Bunny Fonts, operated by BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia. Bunny Fonts is a GDPR-compliant, cookie-free font delivery service. We deliberately do not load fonts from Google Fonts.
Transfers outside the EEA
We are established in Vietnam, which is not the subject of an adequacy decision by the European Commission. Data you send us through the contact form is therefore processed in Vietnam. We rely on Article 49(1)(b) GDPR, a transfer necessary for the performance of a contract or for pre-contractual steps taken at your request. If you would rather not send data to Vietnam, write to us by email or WhatsApp instead of using the form.
Your rights
You may request access to the data we hold about you, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to Sophia@winvnco.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence.
