Our Philosophy

Every material we use had another life first.

Every coffee tree has a working life. After 20–25 years, a tree stops giving the yield a farm needs, and it comes out of the ground to make room for a new one — leaving behind a trunk most farms have no use for. In Gia Lai and Đắk Lắk, Vietnam's coffee heartland, that used to mean firewood. We saw a chew toy instead.

That single insight became four product lines. Coffee wood, coconut husk fiber, hemp rope, dried loofah gourd — nothing manufactured from scratch, nothing freshly logged. Every material we use was already grown, already harvested, already on its way out of another industry's supply chain. We just gave it a second job.

Our Story So Far

From one factory's answer to a local problem, to 5–6 million chews a year

Nov 2019

Founded in Ho Chi Minh City

WINVN INT CO., LTD registered on 12 November 2019 (business registration No. 0316014351). Started with coffee wood chews, then added loofah, coconut coir, hemp, and pet bed lines as buyers asked for them.

Sourcing

Reclaimed, not felled

Coffee trees are only harvested for wood after 20–25 years of fruiting, when a farm retires the tree anyway. No tree is cut early to supply us.

Capacity

Scaled to 5–6 million units a year

What started as one factory's answer to a local waste problem now runs at output a smaller workshop would take over a decade to match in a single season.

Dec 2021

First shipment on record

A real export cleared customs in Southampton, UK — backed by a Certificate of Origin, Fumigation Certificate, and Phytosanitary Certificate. The same paperwork ships with every order today.

Reach

Now in 40+ countries

Shipped through 100+ freight forwarders worldwide — from single-container orders to standing wholesale accounts.

Entry point

7-day sample, 50-unit MOQ

Low enough for a new private-label buyer to test the line without a container-sized commitment.

WINVN PetToys turns Vietnam's retired coffee wood into export-grade chews for wholesale partners in 40+ countries — with the paperwork to prove where every batch came from.

We're not asking a wholesale buyer to take our word for any of it. Sample it, test it, check the certificates against the shipment — that's the whole point of building a business on what the land was already growing.

Sustainability
"Natural materials shouldn't have to sacrifice durability — we prove it on every batch we ship." WINVN PetToys
  • Byproduct sourcing. Coffee wood is reclaimed from 20–25 year old trees in Gia Lai & Đắk Lắk, not newly harvested timber.

  • Undyed, uncoated materials. No synthetic dye, paint, or chemical finish on any of our four core material lines.

  • Single-country supply chain. All four founding materials are sourced and processed in Vietnam, kept short and traceable.

  • Export-ready paperwork. Certificate of Origin, Fumigation Certificate, and Phytosanitary Certificate ship with every order.

  • Hand-checked, not just processed. Coffee wood is cut, sanded, and inspected by hand at every stage; coconut fiber is hand-braided by skilled workers. The ~20% of intake we reject before it reaches a carton is a person's call, not an algorithm's — and our director, Ton That Nhat Cam, puts his name on every shipment.
