Do you offer private label / custom packaging?
Yes — laser-engraved logos on the wood itself, custom kraft or eco-cardboard labels (5×8cm or custom size, full-color printing), and custom paper or kraft boxes with barcode/QR printing. Share your target volume in the quote form and we'll walk through what's possible for your order.
What's the minimum order quantity?
50 units for stock items, 500 units for a private-label run (your own logo or branding). Custom labels under 100 units add $0.15 per piece — request a quote for exact pricing at your volume.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes — we offer a free OEM sample, ready in 7 days, so you can check quality and fit before committing to a bulk order.
How long does production and shipping take?
5–7 days for orders under 500 units. Full-container orders run 60–80 days production, plus roughly 30–35 days sea transit from Cat Lai port to the EU or US. We confirm a firm timeline as part of every quote.
Are the chews safe for dogs?
Yes, with normal supervision — as with any natural wood chew, always watch your dog while it's in use. Products are processed to minimize splintering, and we recommend replacing a chew once it shows chips, cracks, or wears down too small. See our Our Promise page for full safety guidance.
What export certifications ship with each order?
Every shipment ships with a Certificate of Origin (CO, Form B, issued by VCCI Ho Chi Minh City), a Fumigation Certificate (Methyl Bromide treatment), and a Phytosanitary Certificate from Vietnam's Plant Protection Department. We've shipped under these certificates to the UK before.
What's your policy if something arrives damaged?
We recommend recording an unboxing video on arrival. If any issue traces back to our production or materials, we replace the affected products as quickly as possible.
What payment terms and Incoterms do you support?
EXW, CIF, and DAP. Payment is typically 30% deposit on stock orders and 50% on private-label runs — exact terms confirmed per order based on volume and destination.
